Waitlist privacy notice

This notice explains, in a few lines, what happens to your data when you join the Jadeit waitlist.
What we keep
Only your email, the language you chose and the date you agreed to receive updates.
If you came through a link with a source (for example, from a video), we also keep that source, to know which videos bring people. We don't keep your name, phone number or IP address.
We count visits to this page in aggregate (only the total per day, language and source), without cookies and without storing IP addresses.
What we use it for
To tell you about the Jadeit launch and send news about the app. Nothing else.
Where it is stored
On Jadeit's server and on Brevo, the service that sends the emails. Both are outside Brazil, with protection for personal data.
Who we share it with
No one. Your email is not sold or passed on to other companies.
How to leave the list
Every email we send has a link to leave the list. After that, you won't get anything else.
To see or delete your data, write to contato@jadeitapp.com. We reply within 15 days.
Your rights
Under Brazil's LGPD and similar laws in other countries, such as the GDPR (Europe), you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent at any time.
